KNOSS Return Policy
Please inspect your merchandise before decorating. We will not accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. Thank You.
- All claims for shortages, damages, defects, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns must be authorized by KNOSS Apparel in advance within 20 days of receipt of merchandise to hello@knoss.com.
- No KNOSS Apparel merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of the
merchandise.
- Claims for returns for defective merchandise must be made within 20 days through hello@knoss.com.
- Canceled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error, refused or unclaimed COD, or
unclaimed pickup orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned
products plus applicable shipping charges.
- Valid returns made via knoss.com will not incur a restocking fee. KNOSS Apparel customers who abuse the return
policy on knoss.com will lose access to use the web returns feature.
- Freight on returns made through knoss.com will be paid by KNOSS Apparel unless we instruct you to keep the
merchandise rather than return it to KNOSS Apparel.
- Freight on all returns not made through knoss.com must be prepaid by you.
- No returns will be accepted without an RA #. Please email dwight@knoss.com to get your RA in process.
- Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
- Decorated products or products missing hang tags are not returnable excluding irregulars.
- It is the responsibility of you the customer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size, and quantity on
orders shipped to parties other than you the buyer prior to decorating.
- We reserve the right to ask for evidence of any product defect.
